In anyone's life there is no failure. There are only failed results and if you haven't quit pursuing your dream and I sincerely hope you haven't, those failures are the seeds to success that when you continue on toward manifesting them, will germinate.
Right up to this moment you have successfully created your life path. Every thought you had, with it came emotion and with emotion you took some kind of action and whether that action was great or small, it produced results. If your life is not as satisfying as you would like it to be, then as you are by now aware, you have a choice. You have the ability and the power to choose the direction of your life path. The difference is learning how to achieve the results of that which you want rather than that which you don't want.
The story told in the book, Think And Grow Rich in essence says that when a person feels as though he has done all he can and has exhausted every avenue open to him to attain what he wants and has not attained it, therefore quits, is in fact falling short of success. It is fact that the success he was searching for was actually within reach. He just didn't see it, nor did he have one hundred and ten percent faith and belief in himself.
There is a price we will pay for success and there is a price we will pay for failure and many times, although not all, the price is exactly the same. Oddly, during those other times the price for failure is more costly. The reason is this; the price you pay for success is a onetime only expense but the price you pay for failure can be a life time debt. Quitting or not taking action can cost you time and time again in many different and unforseen ways.
So pay the once only price of success and achieve your dreams. Only you can do this because no-one can do it for you. They can suggest and maybe advise but the bottom line is, it is your life. It was a gift given the day you were born. It is your choice and yours alone as to how you live it.
What you do every day out of habit or routine is your choice, however, if success is elusive then it is time to start learning new things that pertain to the direction you want your life to go.
