This was hard for me to do because I’ve ran equipment most of my working life, then I was diagnosed with M.S. things changed, I was forced to do something different continued to bid jobs and get work had to hire people. People skills would have helped here. but didn't give up picked my self up and Took off oops. Flat on my face again!! It took a while to get the idea how to handle people in the construction business .
