A top network marketing tip on evaluting a company today is the following: Think about an apple pie it has five ingredients. Point is if one ingredient is missing would you want to try it? Of course not. Same goes with a network marketing company. It has to have five pillars in place or else you are building your organization on sand!

The first pillar is to have company management with experience. Have they built it? Or are they just people who are used to running a corporation like IBM or Sears. If they have not built it then they do not realize what the distributors are going through to build their businesses. Think about marriage counseling. Would you want to go to someone who has read a book about marriage or who has 2-3 degrees in that field? You want to go to someone who has been married for lets say 30 years and raised children who are now successful in life.

Second pillar is timing in the company and timing in the industry. If a network marketing company is in the first couple of years it has it growing pains and problems. Most network marketing companies do not make it in the first couple years but some do. You want to be a part of a company that is 3-5 years old but before its MOMENTUM phase. Because millionaires have been made in network marketing because of the timing of a company. Richard Dennis was a customer for 2 years for a network marketing company on the mineral toddy product, then he went to his company convention and next wrote Dead Doctors Don't Lie tape. That produced millionaires!

Third pillar is a remarkable product. You want to have a remarkable product which is one where people would want to purchase it without a compensation plan. If you were not a part of a network marketing company would you buy this product at this price? If you would not do that then neither would your downline. And consider this, without customers you can't get paid. Lets say you open up a shoestore, you would need to have customers this is no different. And the product has to be something that people would want to purchase every single month which is no different than buying milk and bread.

The fourth pillar is a compensation plan. 96% of your team will be part timers. People who want to earn $500.00 per month so that they can pay their bills. And you have to make it duplicatable because part timers attract part timers. And if you want to earn lets say $10,000 per month you have to know how many people do you need to sponsor on your team who will want to make just $500.00 per month? That is the case because if people see there is a check comming in then they will want to take more action. Remember this: If there is no pay then there is no stay. And something else to this is in some companies to make $10,000 per month you need 500 people and in other companies you need 3000 people. Know how much percentage you get paid each month whenever your customers buy a product, and how much you will get paid on your downlines customers as well.

Last but not least is a SYSTEM where you can find someone who is looking for you. If a company asks you to make a list of friends and family run because it does not duplicate and you are literally asking them if they want to open up their on Mc Donalds which does not work. 

Now its time to use the five pillars as a yardstick for building your organization once and big to pay your childrens children! If you do not use this network marketing tip then you will lose it!
