Top MLM Secret Today

The top mlm secret is that you must be the change in your life if you want others to follow you. People are looking for people who are going places. Therefore you can NOT make any excuses otherwise you get nowhere fast. You not only have to have desire but more importantly take action. Action takes you out of doubt and kills fear. Now Celeste Smucker describes what it takes to become a top leader in your company.

Chapter 2:  Desire

We all have things we want, but if we want to manifest them turning them into their financial
equivalent,  we have to have what Hill calls "a keen pulsating desire."  One that transcends
everything else.

What does that really mean?  In Hill's six step formula for transmuting desires into their financial
equivalent, step 2 says we must state what we intend to give in return for success.  I always
interpreted that to mean what actions would I be willing to take to have a viable business...how
many contacts would I be willing to make?  How many follow up calls? How many training calls
would I be willing to attend?

I think this is part of what Hill is saying.  However, I believe there is more to it, there is another
step and that is giving up activities that don't serve us. In other words we  have to be like Barnes,
with enough desire to leave our old lives behind and move into the new without looking back.
That is why Hill talks about burning our bridges.

I have learned, though, that many people who haven't been successful in network marketing are
only willing to do so much to change their lives.  They are frustrated enough to download the ebook.
Some of them then go on to watch the videos and have a coaching  call. In spite of their stated desire
to be successful, however, many suddenly have lots of reasons why  they can't attend training
calls or participate in the Think and Grow Rich Lessons.

They tell me the time isn't convenient, or they have to attend a local meeting or they never miss coffee
with a friend or relative at that time.  Or maybe they are dissatisfied with their company's training, but
tell me they are busy participating in some kind of 90 day push even though it's never worked before.
As Michael often says, "any excuse will do."

It seems pretty clear, though, that if we want a different outcome, if we want to be rich instead of poor,
we have to change how we do things.  And change can be uncomfortable and full of challenges.  There
is always a learning curve.  That is why many people refuse to change and continue to complain
about how nothing they do works.

Change starts with desire...but the desire must be strong enough to motivate us to let go of the old ways
and try something new. It must transcend everything else including old comfortable ways of doing things
that don't work, along with our resistance to trying something new.

When Hill says:  "determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire," he means
just that.

Are you going to use this mlm secret and stop asking how? Because the word how is a dream destroyer. Remember its later than you think.
