Although there are two types of imagination, synthetic and creative, my goal is to tap into the latter because that is direct communication with Infinite Intelligence ( or God to me) who knows all. That is where hunches and inspirations come from. That is where we can tap into the ether and the thoughts of others that are floating around in it. Hill tells us that “MAN’S ONLY LIMITATION, within reason, LIES IN HIS DEVELOPMENT AND USE OF HIS IMAGINATION.

 Imagin

As a child the use of the imagination came easy with no limitations. As little boys we had our army men out and lined up in the dirt and we WERE at war and completely consumed by it in our minds. The little girls were dressed up as princesses and mermaids and they WERE the princesses and mermaids. They were doing tea parties and it was so real they WERE at a major social gathering. We were astronauts, firemen, race car drivers, anything we could fathom. Then life happened to us as we grew older and encountered negative people along the way who told us our ideals were stupid or we just couldn't do it,  it was impossible they said. In fact they tried to put Marconi in a mental institution because he imagined he could broadcast through the airwaves and he proved them wrong. People told Columbus he was going to sail right off the edge of the earth because they thought it was flat at the time.

I have found that the creative imagination helps me in preparing my lessons each week. Some people can write their lessons on the first day of the new chapter and that's good, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that but I can’t usually. It's great that some have that gift though. What works for me is I start reading the lessons as they appear along with the chapter in the book and it's like a sort of pre-mastermind for me because I start drawing on the ideas of others. It's not copying others but those thoughts that they have inspire me to have different thoughts of my own. Hill says “that It is through this faculty, being the creative imagination that thought vibrations from the minds of others are received. It is through this faculty that one individual may “tune in,” or communicate with the subconscious minds of other men.”

It is kind of like when you are on a mastermind and one great idea comes up and then it leads to many other ideas and the mastermind can be on that one subject for a whole hour when the momentum builds and the hour is gone just like that. I don't get stressed about it, I just find that at the right time the right lesson usually seems to come to me. I have on rare occasions had a lesson come to me right off the bat when I haven’t read the lessons of others first and then as I read their lessons found that we have had very similar thoughts because they are all out there in the ether. That’s just what works for me, whatever works for another is great too, the person just has to find what works for them.

Hill also tells us “Your imaginative faculty may have become weak through inaction. It can be revived and made alert through USE. It is like a muscle that becomes stronger with use. I have found since I have purposed to do visualization every morning my imagination has become much stronger. Just setting aside and committing 15 minutes a day to looking at that dream board forces you to imagine. What it would be like to have the time and money to be doing all those things I want to do like riding my motorcycle to Alaska, riding in Ireland and Thailand. Being able to see someone in need and think nothing at all about giving to help. Watching others rise to the top in their business after learning some of the things that I share with them though this platform. And plugging into this personal development mastermind weekly is an absolute must. The people who come here and never write a lesson or participate or only write one or two lessons and are gone never strengthen those muscles. You wouldn’t go join a gym and do three workouts, quit and expect and long term results and the same goes with exercising our mind muscles.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Linda and Michael Dlouhy for having the imagination to create  this 14 year old masterpiece that will totally change a life if a person does open to it. And thank you to all my friends on mastermind partners for the brain food each and every week. Thank you to each and every person who downloads my e-book and plugs into the system, allowing me to see you grow.
