I wanted to share 5 Benefits of this underused fruit -- The Cucumber! Many of you are thinking...wait a minute...are you SURE a Cucumber isn't really a vegetable. Well I took the liberty of looking it up. So here's what I found -- According to botanists, it is a fruit. However, For chef Cucumbers are classified as a vegetable. Now being a woman, the only benefit I always remember hearing about cucumbers was using it on your eyes to reduce puffy eyes.. Let me share with you the real deal on Cucumbers -- Cucumbers contain a vast amount of daily vitamins necessary to good health. One cucumber contains Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc. Now if you are impressed with this, I will share with you some other AMAZING uses there are! 1. Feeling a bit sluggish after lunch while at work?
