Have you considered buying natural fruit and vegetable wash, but felt the cost point wasn’t worth it? Are you tired of buying said fruit and veggie cleaners from health food stores, specialty stores or online? Well I have a viable solution for you, at a reasonable price! Let me first share with you the benefits of homemade Fruit and Vegetable Wash (which are a No-Brainer) 1. Much cheaper than store-bought washes 2. It cleans way more effectively than water & soap alone 3. You are using All-natural ingredients What you need to create the Fruit and Vegetable wash: White vinegar, Water, A spray bottle (small, medium or large; your choice) For soft skin Fruits and Vegetables: 1) Fill a bowl with equal parts white vinegar and water. 2) Allow your fruits and vegetables to soak in the solution for about two minutes or so, then rinse. For tough skin Fruits and Vegetables: 1) Fill a spray bottle with equal parts white vinegar and water. 2) Spray your homemade solution on your fruits and vegetables, rub it in thoroughly then rinse. Why This Works so well: Vinegar has acetic acids that kills bacteria and helps to dissolve wax and pesticide residue found on most fruit and vegetable skins. Lastly I’d like to share some additional Tips and Warnings: 1) Store your fruit and vegetable wash out of the reach of children 2) Make sure to use a scrub brush to work the solution into the skin 3) Always label the contents of your spray bottles To your health!
