Mother Theresa Said it best in this quote -- “It's not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.” I took some time to find a few facts related to giving in the 21st Century and this is what I found. The Social Capital Community Benchmark Survey shares that givers are happier people than non-givers. A survey was done including 30,000+ American households and Social Capital found that people who gave money to charity in 2000 were 43% more likely than non-givers to say they were "very happy" about their lives. I couldn’t agree more. Months after becoming part of Prosper With Integrity (Cash Gifting Community), I became compelled to give more. Not sure if it was because of the personal development I began listening too, or maybe the books I’ve come to read and love. But giving is a true blessing…and these blessings come back to you infinitely. I was brought up in a household where as we outgrew our clothes, shoes, coats, etc. someone else could use benefit from owning them after us. So my parents encouraged, us as a family, to donate those things we had no use for to those either less fortunate or to family friends that had children our age. It was those life lessons that made me the "giving" woman I am today. Since childhood. I have continued to give, knowing that I could bless someone in return. Now being connected with Proper With Integrity Cash Gifting program, I find myself giving more of myself. Whether its giving freely of time, a bit of extra cash, treating a someone to a meal or sending a loved one a small token of my appreciation. Doing my part in giving and/or sharing blessings during within my community with just time can make a HUGE difference in human beings. Well this phenomenal Cash Gifting community that I am part of called Prosper With Integrity, is definitely in alignment with those who know the importance of giving and receiving. The concept of Giving private gifts to one another is an expression of kindness, which has been going on for centuries. Many cultures gift as a matter of course. Asian, Jewish and South American communities gift individuals within their culture on a regular basis so that they may start a business or buy a home. They in turn gift someone else to help enhance their lives. Habitat for Humanity is a great example of private gifting. Everyone participates with their time, their talents and materials to build a home for someone else. Some participate with a hammer, some with nails, some with food and others with the monetary gifts to purchase the supplies, but all create a team that works together to bless someone’s life. Visit and learn how 100s or 1,000s of people have been able to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families around the country! Many blessings! Indira Wilburn (267) 297-1557
