Mutually Beneficial Marketing

If you have been working to build online businesses for any length of time then I am confident that you are going to love what I share with you about how to put a mutually beneficial marketing process into place.



A really nice additional benefit is that this system works equally well using traditional promotional efforts in your local community too.




For many years I was active in the financial services industry (most specifically with insurance products and services) and I spent the bulk of my time "prospecting" for new clients and accounts.  While anyone that is willing to put themselves out there can generate some good results, it is not the kind of work that many people truly enjoy doing in that there are a lot of "gatekeepers" and your initial interaction with people usually finds them with barriers up and you have to pretty quickly convey to them how you can provide enough value to justify extending the amount of time they are willing to provide you.



A gentleman (actually a bonafide character), Bill Reesman,  contacted me and claimed he could show me a way to have people schedule appointments and come to my office and be more than willing to buy insurance from me ... he had my attention!  If you have ever sold life and health insurance products then you know that people do not usually go out of their way to seek you out! 


There were several years in which I experienced tremendous success and ultimately opened and managed fifty offices all across my state.  Unfortunately companies do have lifespans too and Bill was enticed into selling his company to holding company that also bought our prime competitor and merged the two entities.  That could have worked out to be even bigger and better except that the other company's home office was selected and they tended to show a preference to work with their existing field force rather than those of us that they inherited in the merger.  My contract was not renewed for the following year and I went from the best business situation that I had ever experienced to having to figure out what to do next.



The internet was beginning to emerge and I became convinced that it was a wonderful way to compress time and space thereby allowing for greater results in a quicker time span; all of which is even more true today than it was then.



Yet it was not until just recently that I have been able to put the pieces of the puzzle together in such a way as to have the benefit of people being willing to come to me and happily buy my products and services, and even ask to be a part of my marketing team.

Yes, there IS a way to arrange things so that you can have people leaning forward and asking for more information about what you do!




The good news is that it will work for a wide range of products and services because it is more about how you interact with people than it is about what you actually do to earn income.
