Over the past several weeks I have been refining a process that only requires about an hour a day of my actual time and that is getting both me and my team members excellent results... new registered members on a daily basis.

In order to get these kind of results it us helpful to draw from many years of traditional recruiting and training in the financial services industry where many professionals are referred to as agents or brokers.

The learning curve might be too long in the financial services industry for a lot of people that are looking for work they can do from home and get paid on quickly (within a week or so).  Yet the process of contracting those agents and brokers can be modified to work in building online businesses.

A big aspect of what I decided to affect was the flow of the information.  The process I now use concentrates on getting to know the interested inquirers first; the information I post has been getting people to call me and leave a message that includes their name, telephone number and email address... and why they should be given consideration for the work that we do.

If a person was applying for a traditional job that person would normally complete and submit an application and then go through some type of interview process, right?  Well, just as in the world agents and brokers the work that we do in building online businesses does not usually come with hourly pay or a salary; we are paid for results.

It takes a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit, (yet those that have already made the leap into online business building present obstacles and challenges that might be insurmountable by those that are new to our way of earning income) so my post offers a bridge to those that have been looking for a job, yet sense that there IS a better way to earn a living... and make a life that can provide both economic and time freedom

The concept of what we do is actually much more important in the initial interaction with people than the specific details about a company, product/service, or compensation agreement; the conversation only turns to those details at the stage where I am willing to offer them a position in my group.

It is human nature to compare an unknown entity with something that is more familiar, and sometimes the more familiar item is more comfortable even if it is not as beneficial.  An example that I can share with you from working with agents and brokers is that the general public does not hold this industry in high esteem as a group, yet many people feel that their agent or broker is someone worthy of their trust.  So it is important to establish some rapport with people on a personal level before attempting to bridge over to the company/product/service you are promoting. Many online marketers stress the importance of personal branding ... this is WHY, yet more important, I have refined a better process for HOW.

The process I am now using can be modified and apply to a wide range of programs because it is more about mindset and the position or stance you hold when the conversation begins, and the other components are deferred for later in the process.
