Lifestyles Of Your Next Door Neighbors

We probably all have seen at least a segment or two of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous which made Robin Leach a household name, yet on a day-to-day basis we are much more familiar with the Lifestyles of Your Next Door Neighbors!

Hopes, dreams and ambitions of moving to the neighborhood of your own choosing is woven into the the American Dream.  Maybe you have already achieved this goal and your home is located exactly where you want to be.  One of the benefits of achieving both time and economic freedom is that you can allow you to live where you choose.

Except for the most extreme of situations, we have neighbors.  It reminds me of the idiom, "... birds of a feather flock together".  The Urban Dictionary defines it like this, "When people that act the same, hang out together. People that have the same morals often tend to group. It has nothing to do with jealousy, nor the amount of friends a person is allowed to hang out with. It is NOT pointed towards having a close friend neither. it simply means when people act the same, they normally hang out. Like a clique."

As much as possible it is good to find happiness in your current environment, even if you are actively seeking to change it.  Someone who is truly unhappy as a person just might find that he/she is still unhappy in a different environment.  And there are wonderful people to be found in all walks of life, so our friends and family members are likely to be found in a variety of economic stations ... and the neighborhoods that at least somewhat reflect their circumstances.

Want to change your neighborhood?  Want to help others that would like to change theirs?  Well, by benefiting economically from some of the essential services that support most of our neighborhoods you can change your own personal economy and that can be your ticket to choosing your neighborhood.

These thoughts stems from a letter left on our door a few days ago informing us that a contractor of our local electric utility provider will be performing work to improve electrical service in our neighborhood.  They are trenching in new underground cable... this is essential infrastructure for safe and reliable delivery of electricity in our neighborhood.  And other utilities are cooperating to make sure their facilities on our property are clearly marked to avoid disruption of their services while this work is being done.

Are you involved in a business that is so fundamental to our daily lifestyles?  If you are you might already be living in a gated community ... or your ambition to change your neighborhood surroundings are likely to benefit from the revenue you can receive by building a business on something that people unconsciously pay for and habitually use.

Here is a list of what the The International Labour Office, a United Nations agency considers to be essential services:

  • the hospital sector
  • electricity services ...;
  • water supply services ...;
  • the telephone service ...;
  • the police and the armed forces ...;
  • the fire-fighting services ...;
  • public or private prison services ...;
  • the provision of food to pupils of school age and the cleaning of schools ...;
  • air traffic control

As a business builder are you receiving revenue from any of these fundamental and foundational services?

Many people have a job in which they work and earn a paycheck by being a part of one of these essential services; and my appreciation to you and your family for your dedication.  Yet it is likely that there is NO passive income that flows your way from any of these areas unless you have invested in stocks, bonds or mutual funds.

To see how you can easily benefit from at least one of these essential services click HERE.

Enjoy your current environment and hopefully (as a good neighbor) actively participate in the lifestyles of your next door neighbors, yet keep an eye on your future environment too.

By the way, a lot of people are getting really excited about being able to benefit from clean, renewable solar power for their home electricity... with no out-of-pocket expense!  Click
HERE for more details.
