The Survey Says!

There is a long running television game show that is based on 100 people responding to a survey question and then asking contestants to gues what The Survey Says!



People are definitely opinionated and often are very willing to share what they like... or don't like.  And knowing how people feel is a great way to provide them custom tailored information that they will value.


Since people like to share their value points on things that affect their daily lives it makes sense that providers of products and services that are willing to pays attention to what is valued by consumers are likely to be more successful than companies that do not bother to learn what is important to the end consumer.


Anyone making a recommendation without first knowing something about the person for whom the recommendation is intended would have to be stating a generalization; and while there might be some benefit to what is being recommended it also might be a mismatch for any particular person.


As a general statement, people like to save money on products and services that they are already using.  All things considered, if a person can get the same or better quality from a different supplier and save money then your offer is worthy of consideration... a survey is a great way to find common ground that would be mutually beneficial for both the supplier and the consumer.



Here is an example, many of us in the IBOtoolbox community are building online businesses and could benefit form talking to people interested in the products/services we offer.  How would you like it if people were calling you and asking for more information?!
