The Nervous Breakdown

"The Nervous Breakdown" What is it? A breakdown means lacking motivation and being beyond caring, not seeing any hope of a positive change. We all experience stressful times — a relationship may fall apart, you may lose your job or experience financial problems. During these times, you may drink more than usual, have problems sleeping or difficulty concentrating, but stressed people usually believe that once they get on top of everything they will feel better — and usually they do. On the other hand, when someone has a breakdown they are unable to function. A breakdown means lacking motivation and being beyond caring, not seeing any hope of a positive change. What causes it? A nervous breakdown is usually triggered by situations that are emotionally and/or physically overwhelming, such as caring for a sick relative, losing a loved one, experiencing financial setbacks, a relationship split, being overworked, too many demands or a bullying supervisor. The pressure keeps building until the person reaches a crisis point and feels they can no longer cope. A breakdown is directly related to stress, so methods used to combat stress are effective in helping you prevent a breakdown. Make sure you get enough sleep, eat right, and make exercise part of your daily routine. When you're physically fit, you're in a better position to recognize and resolve problems before they become overwhelming. Recommendations: Protandim Nrf2 Gene Synergizer Protandim, the Nrf2 Synergizer (Gene Activator), was developed after 40 years of research exclusively for LifeVantage. It has been featured on ABC, NBC, PBS, described in CNN Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta's book ' Chasing Life" and the scientist behind it featured in the Wall Street Journal. Protandim, the Nrf2 Synergizer, is the only product clinically proven to reduce Oxidative Stress by 40-70% and increases Glutathione by 300%. http://ibourl.com/uow
