MY! MY! MY! The opportunity is Now! Not Later! Remember when you would buy 'Now or Laters' but it was more like 'Now' always appreciating the Now is a common instinct!
We worry about Today, but do we encourage ourselves, most 9of us get burnt and say burnt things to ourselves.... and get so stressed out over Today, let's be POSITIVE! When ever you find yourself, up against the wall, which we all have felt that, believe, that we are in control of our situation... Remind yourself....
And sometimes we say things to ourselves, that if a friend said it, we'd be questioning their friendship... We have to remember that we are in control of our mind, and emotions, and our emotions and thoughts are NOT in control of us...
I have come to terms with my Brain, I think of it as seperate, from me, Weird. okay, but it keeps me going! I ask my Brain, what next? I know if I can convince my brain, that together we have the power to resolve any issue that comes into our path, things will begin to unravel that way! And they Have!
But if we tell our Brain, that believes and listens to us, things like; I can't, or I don't know, what next? Boom! We blew up our Brain! I like to think of my brain like it's Google when I want to figure out something, and Youtube, when I want to get a visual...
Ask Google anything... they have answers, and plenty, ask Youtube, THEY WILL TELL YOU and SHOW YOU! That's how you should think of your Brain!
