Do you know about Magnesium? 

Magnesium is a mineral that's crucial to the your body's function. It helps to regulate your blood pressure, keeps your bones strong, and your hear rhythm steady. It also helps give you more energy; you rest better when you have sufficient magnesium and it help calms your nerves and relieves stress. 

There are so many people low in magnesium and they don't even know it. They just don't feel right and can't explain why. 

Where do you get magnesium?

From the foods you eat.

Why are some people not getting enough magnesium?

#1 Reason - POOR DIET 

And most people, have poor diets. They eat mostly processed, packaged, convenience foods, fast food, and not enough real food. 

What is real food? Food the way God and nature made it. Not something from a bag, box, can or a frozen block you pop in the microwave! 

But I get it. You're busy. You're hungry and you're always on the go. So you depend on convenience foods. It's pretty unrealistic for me to expect anyone to stop doing that. However, if want to be sure you're getting sufficent magnesium, reduce the amounts of the convenience foods you're eating and focus on adding more real food into your daily diet.
