 Kyle Ray Biggerstaff

Son, Brother, Father, Friend To Many

(My Nephew)

1988 - 2017

29 years of age

On this Father’s Day, many children will wake up to find their Fathers gone from them. Their lives changed forever by a silent epidemic that moves in and takes complete control of those they love and depend upon.

As Hell settles in, the change begins. They can sense it, they can feel it and then they can see it. How does a child face it? Change it? Stop it? They can’t. All they can wish for is for the monster to just leave ... not Daddy, but the monster that has Daddy.

But the only side of addiction with any result is but one cold, hard fact. A generation is disappearing right before our eyes.

“The Maker”
Willie Nelson and Emmy Lou Harris

"Oh, oh deep water black and cold like the night ... I stand with arms wide open. I’ve run a twisted mile. I’m a stranger in the eyes of the maker.

I could not see for the fog in my eyes. I could not feel for the fear in my life. From across the great divide, in the distance I saw the light ... Jean Baptiste, walking to me with the maker.

My body is bent and broken by long and dangerous leaps. I can’t work the fields of Abraham and turn my head away. I’m not a stranger in the hands of the maker.

Brother John, have you seen the homeless standing there with broken wings ... I have seen the flaming swords there over east of Eden, burning in the eyes of the maker."

"Oh river rise from your sleep!"
