After part 1 and part 2, we now know that correctly applied cross-device measurement reveals that buyer journeys are 41% longer than partial-view models indicate. Recording as single-visit purchases what are actually visits by the same user on another device on line, Device-centric measurement can be misleading.

In the US, cross-device shopping is seen in all retail categories, with at least 23% of transactions involving multiple devices.
