Understanding The Power Of Residual Income With The Right MLM

When it is a very first timer coming into my organization, my first priority is to make sure they understand the power of residual income. You can talk all day and night about their dreams, their why’s, what motivates them and how much money they want to make … but if they do not understand three important actions that makes it all happen, all that talk does not do a bit of good.

The Power of Duplication. There is a lot more to it than buying a kit and recruiting 3 more to join and each buying a kit and getting on the auto ship program. That is just the beginning and it is the best way for everyone to start.

Training. The second step should be training on products or services or both, with an understanding that sales is part of the formula to success on earning the residual in your organization and that it requires a consistent action on their part to make their list of wants a reality.

Then moving into how to get those sales and making the sale.

 

This training should include but not limited to:

  • A day in the field
  • When possible, I like to include setting up at a trade show or even a flea market
  • Making calls
  • Of leveraging the power of the internet
  • Of leveraging time as an investment
  • Tools needed and how to implement
  • Organizing
  • Basic 1099, taxes and what may be deductible, the benefits of having your own business and another lesson on residual
  • Your mission and your story
  • A defining of goals and how much action is needed to make those goals
  • Introduce accountability because without it, it just does not happen

 

The 3rd and final -

BELIEF

The belief level in the company and with you, and in the product or service must be high!

Bonuses and incentives should be used and attainable. A good Residual Income Plan should be first and foremost and on the table always and talked about

In conclusion, MLM or whatever you choose to call it, works when there is good communication to all. With good leadership, along with good training and a strong embracement of accountability.
