-- I agree with you on this. In order to be successful in any area you choose to be in business you MUST do your homework on both the company and it's people. I don't say product because I believe that is what makes the company.
If you have even the slightest doubt about the product or company, move on because this will affect your business success. If you don't like the people don't even waste your time. Success in any buisness depends on team work if there is no team then you and the company will fail. It is that simple. Unless you have what it takes once you are in a company to take the reins and be the leader you wish you had and build your team differently. If we all help each other succeed then everyone wins.
I do not agree on these practices:
If anyone says you do not have to recruit to get paid, I would advise you to check this out...No, sometimes you do get paid without having to recruit, but to succeed and make the amount of money you want you HAVE to build a team and help them do the same, that is the only way one reaches their dream 6 figures.
Also watch out for the NO INVESTMENT Line...if you put nothing in $0.00 that is what you will get back $0.00. It is a no brain- er...Even in the beginning of time if you wanted to eat you had to work at hunting or trapping or even planting to get food. The same holds true here. If you put nothing into your business what do you have at the end of the day? NOTHING. So unless you are willing to put some kind of money (investment) into your future don't fall for these lines, they get you in the door but it's up to you to decide if you want to succeed or fail. Nothing in life is ever so simple, if it was the world would not be where it is today! Just be thankful we have opportunities granted us to change the outcome. We have the power to choose our future and make it happen given the right tools and leadership.
Yes, it's hard to get others to see what we see for our future and see what our company opportunity offers us and others who desire more than what we had or have.
It takes a strong person with desire and determination to take action to make changes instead of just complaining about what we don't want. We know this is not for everyone and we must work with that knowledge.
