As all of you know, AutoXTen has launched, and they are paying. We have recently just paid out $500,000 in commissions in the first 24 hours. This is besides the point. I would like to talk about what type of person this company is looking for. Especially the type of people I am looking for on my team.
The industry as a whole, not just AutoXTen, but the MLM industry, is always looking for Open Minded, Intelligent Individuals who will go out there and promote the company. You need to be able to think outside of the box. AutoXTen makes it a bit easier with the low price point to enter into the organization, but everyone needs to have the vision. You can't just join up wih a team and not pull your weight. Everyone needs to do their part, and everyone has their own strategy.
Strategy is also important! You need to have a good strategy...a few god strategies, to market the products, the memberships, etc etc. Try to sell yourself and not the products. If you have a good strategy and can prove that what you offer will work, you will have success.
I am currently looking for motivated open minded individuals. I have been putting together a team of people in AutoXTen that understand the business. I do not want to just allow anyone on the team. I want someone who will get out there and get there four people to join. This is how the whole thing is supposoed to work anyways.
