Are you a Licensed Home Inspector in New York State?
If you are, you need 24 Hour of Home Inspection Continuing Education BEFORE you renew your license in NYS.
We offer multiple progras in our classroom to have you meet the requirements of your 24 hours.

Under the direction of Bill Merrell, our classes are offered to Home Inspectors who will receive a completion certificate at the conclusion of each and every course. We offer classes designed to mainatin and improve your skills in the NYS Home Inspection trade and we want to make sure you understand how to gain the needed knowledge in other areas such as advertising and marketing to be able to succeed in thie field of Home Inspection. Success is not guaranteed, but the amoutn of energy and effort you put into this field will be realized with work and inspections.
The average inspector does not spend enough time marketing and branding themselves, and with this in mind, during breaks feel free to discuss this with our instructors. It is important that you market yourslef, advertise your abilities and brand yourself in an effort to generate business in the field of home inspection.
Remember, 24 hours is mandatory and unless you attend 224 hours of approved education, you cannot renew your license in New York State.
