Hello, this is a poem i wrote because i wanted to try it out, i am not a professional poet or have too much experience just want to try it out. hope you guys enjoy, and i would love the feedback.
Title: Who Am I?
Ask yourself who am i going to be TODAY?
don't think about yesterday, don't think about tomorrow
let the past be history, don't dwell in sorrow
tomorrow is not promised, so today is what counts
Who am i? Who am i Right NOW!
I am the beast, thats unknown to the known
ready to lay my foundation, and claim my throne
i am the most beautiful creature on this earth
no one can say otherwise, because every morning
i wake up real, not in disguise
no make up, just grateful to get up
STAY UP, ain't nobody gonna break me
my soul is enlightened with positivity
a negative and a negative equals a positive
so feed me your negativity, and watch as
i convert it into energy.
Spend time on self improvement,
the more confidence the more success i am
so, the heavens is my palace
the ground is my battlefield
i will die a warrior and slay that demon that is fear.
