One thing I've observed about the Online Marketing Business world is that almost everyone is pretty much pushing their business in front of others. I have to admit, I used to be part of that group of people; until I realized that I was getting nowhere with that.
So what did I do? I decided to step back from the noise and found ways to increase my value and then transfer it to others. I stopped talking about my business upfront unless asked. Now this might seem like a very terrible move for most people, but hear me out.
People join businesses for various reasons:
- Greed
- Quick Fix
- They believe in it
- Financial freedom
- They think it's "cool"
- They are following the crowd, etc...
If you consistently push your business directly in front of people, and you get the same old response; I think it'd be a wise thing to review your techniques. The internet world is open to all, but only a small percentage really make head way.
The question now is: Are you among the small percentage of people who are making head way? I'll leave you to ponder on that. If internet marketing is new to you, or you're involved already but you're still uncertain on what to do, then you need to start with the basics...
