Before you in all it's majesty stands a very tall mountain. You believe all you have ever wanted awaits you at it's peak.
It appears insurmountable and you are full of fear and doubt, not feeling prepared nor adequate to make the journey.
Over time you have gathered the tools and knowledge necessary to make the trek .You eagerly begin to ascend the
mountain even though you know not what you will encounter along the way .The climb is not with out risk. You must
remain attentive so as not to slip and fall. You persevere and the peak is in site. You can clearly see how much further
You need to travel to reach the top. However, when you do reach the peak, which has been in sight for quite a long period of
sustained effort, you will have done only that. You will have reached the top — achieving your initial goal — but you must still
descend the other side. This last critical segment is what remains before true success.
You may have little information and no experience of what it's like descending the other side of the mountain. All your attention
may have been focused on the route up. The coming cycle may seem very strange to you, unlike anything that you have experienced before.
The backside of the mountain is where all of the true mysteries reside. .
Reaching the peak was only the beginning, not the ultimate goal as many perceive it to be. The ultimate goal is the continuation of the journey.
If you felt that you reached the top in your venture and chose not to continue to grow and learn, do you really think you would have sustainability?
In order to continue sustaining your initial goal of reaching the peak you must be willing to delve into new waters. Whether that be expanding into
a market you know little about, taking on a new venture or just broadening your knowledge it will give you longevity at the top. We can't always
predict what lies ahead but we can reset,adjust and continue to add new goals, thus always have something to strive towards. If you remain stagnant
and all around you are moving forward you can very easily slide down that mountain. It is your commitment to the journey that is the key to success.
Continue down the other side of the mountain,learn and meet new people along the way. Perhaps even try something new. By doing so your not giving up
you place at the peak your securing your position there.
