With your hair as with your skin, it is important what you put on it. The chemicals in hair treatments especially those that chance the composition of tissue elements are harsh. Once they strip, they also do damage to the scalp, folicles, etc. Also when you shampoo your hair it is essential that all traces of soap or shampoo is removed from the hair shaft and strands. This helps to distort the hair shaft and folicle that lays near the scalp. Make sure to rinse until the hair shaft is squeaky clean. I learned from acquiring a license and years of not using chemicals.

Even so, you can still quit on your own. Just rry not to wait until you get scared to death for fear of dying from smoking. That's when your body has something to say about it. After all, believe it or not, YOUR BODY HAS ITS OWN LIFE FORCE AND OWNS PART OF YOUR LANDSCAPE. Why do you think so many people have a problem with food and eating too much. We ourselves attribute to this by giving it a life that it wants to cling to and if we want to make a change then we have to struggle to get that kind of control back.
