Sometimes it helps to STOP and look around both insiide and out. EVALUATE.
What is in your life. How much time does it or they consume? Are you growing or deteriorating?
Do you receive as much as you give? If not, what you give or put out is all that matters. What you receive from within should be all that is gratifying and kept self contained.
Where is all this time and energy going? Will it be beneficial over time? Only if it benefits one other than yourself for their betterment should this be exceptable.
Hold audience with yourself. Become your own best friend and critic. However you must be willing to accept the truth from yourself when it is revealed to you.
There will be bright days as well as dark and cloudy days. What does it matter, as long as you continue to grow.
Progress and enlightenment is all that matters.
