How many times have we heard or even said these words “You’re Getting On My Nerves"? Well I must say that I'm not a doctor and nothing I'm writing here is intended to diagnose, treat or cure anything, BUT I 'm starting to think that my body fat was getting on my nerves in more ways than one.
Being overweight for the better part of 20 yrs is leading me to believe that most of my pain problems just may have stem from the extra fat I've been carrying so long. I can't begin to tell you how many times I've called my doctor about different aches and pains over the years. All he would say is that its just inflammation but you also need to lose a few pounds too for future possible health risk. he would tell me to take some Motrin and I should be good to go.
Now I've been dealing with chronic lower back pain every day for the past 3 - 4 years. A few months back my doctor said to me that when inflammation occurs it swells that part of the body and puts pressure on everything in the affected area like tissues, tendons, muscles and so forth...thus sending pain signals to the corresponding nerves. I now wonder if some of that extra fat was causing the inflammation in the first place, because after losing 15lbs my lower back pain is gone.
You mean to tell me that my excess body fat was getting on my last nerve for the past 3- 4 years and all I had to do was allow the ASAP weight loss drops from ht.ly/bJa6D to help me to safely lose 15lbs in less than 2 weeks. Now this is really getting on my nerves but at least I feel a whole lot better

| | | | | I had an old Uncle that used to say he was 'watching his weight' and it was 'getting easier to see every day'. Sounds like you are watching it go away instead, cool. |
