Ready Set Explode! 3 ways to drive traffic to your site
Hi all Sandy here hope everyone had a fun safe holiday and is ready to get your businesses off the ground or increase your success and help your business explode in 2012.
I want to get started with this blog and getting down to the meat and potatoes of how you can drive traffic to your site, generate leads that come to you. Be able to stop having to bug family and friends causing them to ignore your calls or roll their eyes in disgust if you even try to bring up your business opportunity. So in this post I am going to address our Industries #1 complainant. And when you send for my free report I will give you even more information on using Attraction Marketing. And how your business can explode in 2012!
I am a puzzle solver I hunger for the answers and I love helping others solve their problems as well. When I asked people what was the thing that they feared about most in Network Marketing they said overwhelmingly the LIST and the PHONE to call the people on that list. And after just a few no’s the fear became even deeper. WHY because they were already uncomfortable chasing down old friends and their son’s baseball coaches aunts’ neighbor, who MIGHT be interested.
I thought there has to be a better way- I thought HOW can you get past the sorting and have people ready to listen when they contact you, not have to make first contact with them at all? I did this in the 90’s I used the fact I was an expert in the Labrador to build a successful kennel where they came knocking down my door to be a part of what I was doing. I stumbled onto a way to build loyalty and trust and brand myself as the go to girl just by my desire to start a help desk for the breed- which turned into an email list that has been going nearly 13 years now- oldest original email site for the Labrador still up and running.
And with Attraction came Marketing and that built my base, which built my kennel.
You need to think of yourself as an expert in your field- if you are not one, become one. Read, research KNOW your industry and product and develop a style that is your own.
1. If you want to stop the cold calls, stop chasing uninterested or please listens, instead have self sorted possible business partners contact you first you need to build trust and loyalty and brand yourself (more on branding in next post)
2. If you do not have a website you really do need one.
3. If you do not have a blog you may want to start one.
And you need an advertising budget to get the word out
These are the basic principles to marketing- Because we do not succeed if we have no customers.
