7 Minute Workout Does IT Work

I have been using Google+ for a very short time
I would really like to hear your view of google+ posting as a business tool.

Awhile ago I did a short Review on 7minuteworkout.com
It is lose weight and get fit with Joel Thieren and Chris as your personal Instructors via pre-recorded videos and support from community in the programme.  BUT WAIT "There's More" You can make commissions from being a reseller.

I personally dedicated myself to this programme because of the
"gifting a friend a membership tool"

I must admit I found it really difficult to grasp the concept of only doing 7 minutes workout which totally opposes the 30 minutes a day Plan.

However in the last couple of weeks I have been forced to give this programme yet another go.
a) Theoretically it should work
b) 7 minutes peak training definitely should work
c) I don't want to be a statistic lining up at the pharmacy waiting for pain killers due to overuse of muscles when I was younger.
and I'm totally enjoying it.  I've been feeling my muscles even with the little that I am able to do (for now).

I really like that each day you workout you can track how many reps you did the previous time and enter in your current days achievements.

I'm a believer!

checkout my Google+ account that I created to post my progress

I look forward to your comments
