We are so much more capable than we realize.

We are powerful creators and

We can learn to be CONSCIOUS and DELIBERATE

If we take the time to learn how or practice the importance of feeling good and taking great care of our emotions, we can begin to deliberately create the life of our dreams.

We are creating our lives thought by thought and day by day anyway. Why not begin to be deliberate about our focus? What could it hurt? Many of us live by the unconscious creations of our imaginations. Let's create a switch and see what can be created when we actually pay more positive and loving attention to ourselves.

Want to learn more about alignment and living more in the recepitive mode, click here and watch the video below:

5 Ways to Aligning with your Source and Finding your Receptive Mode

1) Go outside: take a look up and gaze at the sky, breathe in some fresh air or take a quick walk (focus on your breathing or count your in-breaths and out-breaths to get out of your head).

2) Spend 5, 10 or 15 minutes in quiet medtation. See if there is a sound that you can focus on to get yourself out of your heads and thoughts.(For example, the humming of a refrigerator, a washer or dryer, birds chirping, anything that you can focus your mind to)

3) Draw or Sketch or Color. You could also take some time to focus on an image or sketch out an idea in your head. If you choose this, make sure not to allow yourself to become the critic, this activity can allow for you to focus in another direction and let go of the inner critic. Sometimes, I make funny/silly mind-maps.

4) Writing: Make a gratitude list for at least 10 minutes and write down all of the things that you are grateful for.

5) Turn on some of your favorite music and zone out into it for a few minutes. Lose yourself and enjoy!
