You Can Either........

You can either go down the rabbit hole of negativity (or let a negative thought drag you down) or catch yourself and realize that you can think another thought, you can focus on something that makes you feel better and then milk that thought to even more positive feelings and when that sneaky negative idea comes creeping back to create chaos, do the process again and again and then affirm that you are choosing to let go or hand that stuff over to the universe (to God, or your source.) Next, stop, write, move and/or think different thoughts. Move your mind and your focus to something different. You are in charge.


You Are In Charge


You can help your mind move to something else, it just takes being conscious and deciding that you want to feel good. What if that is our work, after all? Just learning how to feel good and being aligned with our Source?



It is just as easy to feel good as it is to feel bad. You can choose to keep focusing on what's wrong or turn to what's working.


Learning how to feel good. Learning that we are truly the captain of our own thoughts, “the master of our own destinies” and the controller of those destinies.


What if it all starts with feeling good? What if you began to focus on that which feels good, on that which brings you joy, on that which makes you happy? I wonder what our lives would look like then? I'm willing to focus on these thoughts to create the life that I meant to live. What about you?

Why not start with a few minutes a day?

I wonder how much your life would change.
