Hi there. It’s Sharon Naraine. 

How to create good habits and break bad habits.  Now, you may ask why, well, it’s simply because habits form the backbone of everything we normally do in our life.

Your relationships? It’s a result of your communication. 

Your career? It’s a result of your productivity and creativity. 

Your health? It’s a result of your diet and exercise. 


Habits can be very crucial to our livelihood that can make our lives run very smoothly.  See here is the deal, I think the biggest and the most important parts of our life are the result of what we do repeatedly.  


This is one of the result of our habits. The actions we repeat day after day simply shape the lives we live and are the results what we experience.  Most importantly, habits are not just a feature within our lives, but they are the sculptor of our lives.


I truly believe the most valuable skill we can learn from the improvement our life is the skill of building better habits and breaking bad ones.

Habits to me are the master key that unlock our biggest hopes. It’s also what we can overcome our most stubborn fears and frustrations.

When looking at so many proofs, one will realize the importance of habits. You understand that our lives, both our successes and failures are pretty much shaped by habits at almost every turn. Also we understand that transforming our habits won't happen naturally.


See if nothing changes then obviously nothing will ever going to change.
