To change, you must do things differentTurmaslim Reviewfrom what you have done in the past. Sounds like common sense, right. Well, it's not that easy when it comes to forming new habits. Keeping assumption #2 in mind, we do, however, need to make considerable change and put forth effort to obtain results. What does that look like. Well, if you are used to drinking soda, eating junk food and watching TV, its time to lay down the chips and the remote. Ideally, reduce your consumption of those kinds of eating habits and passive activities by 97-98%. If you go for some fried chicken and a coke once a week, fine go for it through all that hard work that you'll be doing, you've earned it. Plus, having those once a week or once every two week oral and olfactory food orgasms will keep you sane because deprivation can be a ugly thing. However, over the long run, you'll notice changes in your taste buds and soon find yourself not even having the desire go for the junk food.

Never discount the value of sleep. With all the new found physical stress that you will be putting yourself through, rest gives the body much needed "repair time." This is especially the case if you are going to be adding a weightlifting regimen to your game plan.If you are heavier set, but all you really want is to recompose (re-allocate the weight proportionally to each muscle group) your body then weightlifting should be the main focus of your strategy. If you have a certain body fat percentage attainment goal, then cardio (running, swimming, ellipticaling, biking, stairmastering, rowing, etc,) exercise is the way to go for you. Obviously, you want both, do both.

The time its going to take you to see results is going to depend on you. Both on your individual effort, plan, behavior and body size. There are really three fundamental ways to achieving weight loss effectively. 1. Eat less calories. 2. Do cardio exercise more. 3. Eat less calories and do intense cardio. Number 3 will produce the fastest and most assured results for most people.
