I'm a newbie in this big business world and I'm truly grateful and thankful to "God" for allowing me to be at this point in my life.
Life is what you make of it. Our successes and our learning experiences can be a blessing or a curse!
This business should be about people helping people! We should motivate, encourage, and critcicize (in a good way), if need be, in order for us to become successful; not only in business but in life as well.
I've included some characters that I think we must possess in order for us to climb the Steps To Good Values:

Good Listener

Giving
Honest
Polite
If you possess these values, then you are on your way to becoming succcessful in business and in life; being an inspiration and a blessing to those you come in contact with!
