I wanted to write a quick blog today about something that I have found all over the internet - unscrupulous men who prey on women online.
Most of you have probably gotten emails at some point telling you that you have a relative you've never heard of that has died and you have an inheritance. These are ALL scams!
You've probably also heard from someone in Nigeria that says you have won money - and then want you to pay them to send it to you! These are ALL scams!
Some of you have probably met men online who try to get to know you VERY QUICKLY and then want to come visit you - but for some reason all of their money is "tied up" at the moment and you must wire him money to come see you. These are ALL scams!
Unfortunately, there are men who have now invaded IBO, too. If you ever have someone approach you on IBO that wants you to send them money for any reason - especially on a first contact with you - please report them to the IBO Administrator. These are ALL scams!
I hate having to write a blog like this, but my mother is a widow and vulnerable - I am single and for some reason men think I'm an easy target, too. So to the wonderful women who are learning their way around the internet and just trying to make a living - be careful, OK? I know from where I speak - IBOToolbox is too valuable a platform to allow these activities in!
Thanks for listening - and stay safe!
I am making 2.2% compounded interest daily with ENR-G by investing in Solar Power. To see how I'm doing that - please visit ibourl.net/ENRG

| | | | | A Tip of the Top Hat to you Sharon for sharing this with us....too often the term SAFE makes us take our defensive shields off and that is when the snakes strike...May your pockets be full all the time and good fortunes prevail |
| | | | | So many of us are vulnerable online - particularly in my "senior" age range. I will be more mindful as I read emails and messages from strangers. Thank you! |
| | | | | Thanks for posting this Sharon - a lot of vulnerable people get taken in, and not just women ! |

| | | | | Scams and scammers and other shady types existed long before we had computers but today with the anonymity afforded by the internet it is easier for them to operate. |
| | | | | Actually, this is advice to be followed by both men and women. You can't "know" a person just by reading thier emails and posts so BE CAREFUL out there. |
| | | | | Excellent Blog! I share it for you. Happy 4th of July! |
| | | | | This is all very true - thank you for showing us how to stay safe! |
