Have you ever driven your car with the emergency brake on? The emergency brake represents FEAR, ANIEXTY, PROCRASTINATION and POOR SELF-ESTEEM. The fact is that you can still get where you want to go with all these unworkable BELIEFS, just as you can get where you want to go with the emergency brake on.
Yet it’s a lot less work to just let go and release the brake. It’s a lot easier to get where you want to go if you'll let go of anything that does not support you in getting what you want.Most people are awake sixteen to eighteen hours a day. Most are working eight to twelve hours a day or more.Why not take a few more minutes each day and work on your game plan for the money you want, the relationships you want, the health you want, the career you want and the business you want.

When a train leaves the station you can tell the direction its going in, the speed it's traveling at and with a little investigation you can quickly figure out the destination it's heading to.
Here's a few questions to ask yourself before you get to far out in the wrong direction.

1- Are you heading where you want to end up at the end?
2- Are you on the right train?
3- Do you have your map laid out with stops and refueling?
4- Are the right people on with you to help you?
5- Are you having fun and loving the journey so far?

This little exercise will help you adjust the course right now.
Do this weekly and I assure you that you will love your ride more when you make the necessary adjustments.
A step in the wrong direction is better than staying on the same spot your whole life. Once you move, you can correct the course. Getting moving!

A little exercise for you to do today.

Write down just one very important goal that you have. Next

Write down 5 reasons why you must achieve this goal.

Next write down 5 reasons why u can't or won't achieve it.

Now look at that list and ask yourself this question.

Regardless of why I can't or won't- do I really still want it?

It's only when you are willing to overcome whatever obstacles are in front of you will you achieve your goals.

Do it no matter what is in your way!
