Hahaha!!! Thank heavens for Daylight Savings-

I am an early riser.

Today, I found my self with a 'bonus hour' due to Daylight Savings. I started thinking about time, and as so many clients and just folks in general believe- that it is limited or the default excuse 'There isn't enough time'.

I totally disagree.

There's so much time in a day.

You could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner on 3 different continents.

You could outline the book you're going to write, start the screenplay adaptation, and watch "Gone With The Wind," before the sun even sets.

Spend a day at work, and still have 16 hours left over.

Or you could just think 60,000 different thoughts as you tool all over town.

Hey, the record for climbing Mt. Everest is under 9 hours, leaving 15 to nap and go Yeti searching. There's so much time in a day. So much.

Especially, my friends, when one stops claiming there's so little of it, huh?

One of my besties posted this great passage that I felt I needed to share with you all...

New York is 3 hours ahead of California, but that does not make California slow.

Cameroon is six hours ahead of New York, but that does not make New York slow.

Someone graduated from college at 22, but waited five years before securing a job.

Someone became a CEO at 25, but died at 50.

Someone became a CEO at 50, but lived to 90 years.

Someone is still single, while another is married with children. Everyone in this world works based on their own time zone. People around you might seem to be ahead of you.

That’s totally fine.

Some are behind you.

Everyone is running their own race in their own time zone. Don’t envy or mock them.

They are in their own time zone and you are in yours.

Life is about waiting for the right moment to act. So RELAX. You’re not late. You’re not early.

You’re very much on time!

Right ON! Time!!!

Taking a time out is a common technique for sports teams. When things aren't working, a time out allows the team and coach to hit the reset button. They can develop a plan and execute. In life sometimes, we need to call our own time out, especially when we are feeling overwhelmed.

Many of our clients feel like they’re not where they should be in life.

They feel behind or stuck.

For many, it feels like time is wasting away.

Now I say forget those feelings and make a commitment to trust the timing of the universe.

It’s all going to work out in the end IF you continue to put your energy and intention behind whatever it is that you want out of your life.

As the saying goes...

“Where attention goes, energy flows and results show”.

So stay consistent. Keep striving for what you want, NEVER give up, and...

... make sure to enjoy your journey. You only live once!

There will be a time, not so far from now, that you will look back on this phase of your life and instead of condemning it or beating up on it… Instead of blaming or guilting, you will feel appreciation for it, because you will understand that a renewed desire for life was born out of this time period that will bring you to physical heights that you could not have achieved without the contrast that gave birth to this desire.
