Uche Egbuna   Home Page

Hi, I am so excited that you are here taking a look at my IBO social page. You are warmly welcome!

My name is Uchechukwu I. Egbuna, or Uche Egbuna for short. I am the author of the book: Eating Right, Your #1 Key To Healing And Health, published in 2016. What led me into writing that book?

In 2003, I noticed that some of sense organs were failing. The sense organs in question were my senses of smell and taste. Poverty and poor infrastructure made me not able to get the best of medical attention. I would go to hospitals, make my complaints, receive some drugs and go home. At the best, I would get a relief that was only temporal. This vicious cycle continued until I lost completely the ability to smell and taste.

Though this in no way caused me any pain but it was horrible! Imagine that there was a decomposing corpse around you and you cannot perceive the odor. In most cases, I will only cover my nose because I see others covering theirs or because that I see something that I know should smell. Also imagine a situation where you cannot tell the difference between the taste of beef and chicken. Everything tasted flat and the same. It was that horrible.

As I was battling with that, I suddenly noticed that my eyes seemed to be covered with a million tiny stars. In a broad day afternoon I could see nothing! I mean nothing! Fortunately, it lasted only about four hours before gradually clearing. I went to hospital the next day and was referred to a university teaching hospital. I never went because of poverty.

Having been tired of temporary and transient solutions, I turned to God for guidance and help. Before long it occurred to me to think back to what could be the root cause. I traced the cause to my food and water. A few years back, I had bought a refrigerator that was working in optimum condition. I started “enjoying” extremely cold water. Sometimes half the water will simply be ice.

I started thinking of what to do get permanent healing and health. I turned to the word of God to find out what it has to say about food and health. The connection was amazing! Not long after also, I stumbled into a book by …. Titled Hallelujah Diet. From that book I drew the conclusion that:

Life must come from life

Life must be sustained by life

Life must be nourished by life.

After I changed my food habits and started eating right, it did not take a long while to get tremendously better, not completely. But the level of health I came to enjoy was by far above what many people will regard as being lucky.

Having recovered from my ailments, I thought it will be a good idea to document my experiences and findings. That was what led to the writing of the book. Today, as I write this, I am perceiving aroma of plantain that is being fried somewhere around the neighborhood.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has observed that unsafe food is responsible for over 200 diseases conditions. This implies that the issue of proper nutrition is not to be toyed with.

The challenges of nutrients depleted foods are on the increase. The gap between what the body needs and what is available to it is the major cause of disease conditions. Fortunately, this gap can be bridged.

I guess that you are interested in your well being. I am too, because it is your most important asset. It is worth investing in it.

It would be exciting to partner with you in the journey to a very vibrant healthy life. Great opportunities also exist to make some decent income from it as we network together. Join me through the link below for more information.
