Hello I just wanted to share this personal story from Jay just so people can see that the products are not just for weightloss. they can be used to gain muscle mass or to just tone up.. it's all about good nutrition. That is why we have soooo many elite athletes joining the challenge MMA, body builders, fitness trainers, etc... Anyway here is his story :

"Jay Bodybyvisalus Corbin Thanks to ViSalus my life has changed a lot i am the healthiest i have been in my whole life without ViSalus i would still be very unhealthy. I am only 19 and i have always been under weight and around 2 months ago i was introduced to ViSalus and i started drinking the shakes and started working out. When i first started i weighed 105 pounds and im 6'0 and no mater what i did to try to gain weight i could not gain any weight. Because i was not taking in enough vitamins and things i needed to be health i never liked vegetables and would not eat them. When i first started ViSalus i did not think it was going to help but it surprised me and i started to put on weight so i started working out again and im still working for my goal i want to weight around 150-160 by end of spring. I currently weight 132.5 pounds. I feel way better then i have in years, i have more energy then i can explain, and this is only the start for me. Thank you ViSalus!!!
