Visas for Africa exist solely to prove that business should not be about profit, but service delivery. Profit comes from excellent service delivery, and the lack of profit comes from service delivery being neglected. I say this because I have worked and managed 2 of South Africa's most successful visa agencies and therefore am at the most commanding role to be able to say exactly what they lack and where they need to improve. I however feel strongly that I should put my words into action and deliver the service that I so strongly feel the industry is lacking. Visas for Africa will be a force to be dealt with in the months to follow.
