How are you balancing your days and meeting the challenges you face?

I awake with a song in my heart, a prayer on my lips, a great appreciation for a new day and give thanks. Regardless of what I am facing.

Maintaining that balance helps me to appreciate that however difficult things may be there is a solution and that I will only see it or feel it within that balance.

Meeting our daily challenges is for some a real challenge.
Others are at the stage where they have been there and done that.
Having laid their foundation and followed through with diligence now live to tell the tale and encourage others.

That's what life is about!

In a world where success is constantly be spoken of spouted, you have to find yourself, your balance and close out the noise. thus creating your personal space, balancing your day in order to meet the challenges and focus.


I don't know of anyone who could say there is not a challenge to their day in one form or another.

The important thing is how to create balance that suits you, your lifestyle, or your personality.

You can start by meditating, trying the tapping solution, go walking or finding a quiet place and commune with nature, clearing your mind until you can hear yourself think. Strange sounding, I know, but try it sometimes.

Try spending time with your family, being present and truly listen as they speak.

It is important to just listen. Listening can be very revealing.

"Sometimes we need someone to simply be there.
Not to fix anything, or to do anything in particular,
But just to let us feel that we are cared for and supported"

 

Life is short and the older we get the shorter it appears to be and you wonder where has the time gone.

Take the time to reach out to someone you haven't in awhile making sure they understand that you care.  As the song says: 

"Reach out and touch somebody's hand, make this world a better place if you can."

 

Spend time with you. Quietly examining what you know, your creative abilities. Recognize and sharpen those skills you already have.


That is productive.

Nurture you and be mindful of staying healthy, mentally, physically and emotionally.

Balancing your day means maintaining a healthy diet, being mindful of what you eat, undertanding the importance of sleep which translates to improved mind and body health. Your brain doesn't function properly and at its best with little or no sleep. This is a part of balancing your day.

Break any bad habits you may have acquired like smoking or drinking and add some form of exercise to your daily routine. Walking is good. simple exercise at home is good and doing stretches is good. Take time out for yourself.


Reward you for achieving balance in your day.

If you do not appreciate you, how can you expect others would?

We have a way of transmitting our thoughts to others mostly without realizing we are so doing. It is important therefore to maintain positive outlook by feeding your mind and ensuring your actions are equally balanced.

Always remember the choice to do or not is always yours when it comes to deciding how you balance your day and meeting the challenges.
