In my last position in the corporate world, I had the luxury of Microsoft Outlook. It was wonderful! Email, Calendar, and all my professional contacts all in one place, and it included a todo list with the ability to set deadlines and ranking. I was never more organized in my life.
You see, I am one of those people who is constantly writing things down so I don't forget them. So I have a composite of sticky notes, business cards with notes on the back, and all kinds of hand-written todo lists .... everywhere. I constantly misplaced my notes and lists.
When I lost my job, I lost my Outlook. I was not a happy camper, especially when I saw the price of the software. Of course, without a job, I couldn't spend that kind of money. Last month I found PeopleString. PeopleString is my answer to Outlook. I have everything I need at my fingertips, and more.
I have email, links to a calendar with todo lists, and I have all the sites I visit everyday - all within this one site. You have to see this! It's the coolest thing since FaceBook! And you can even do your FaceBook, MySpace and Twitter all from your own space.
