A word From Our Sponsors. Are you new to network marketing/mlm? If you are new and have not sponsored anyone into your business before this is for you. If you have sponsored people into your business this is for you too. If you have been sponsored into a business this is for you too. What is a sponsor? A sponsor is someone who takes responsibility for the person he/she recruits into their business. A sponsor is responsible for training the new recruit. How do I sponsor people? Do I ask everyone I know to join my business? You could try but it won’t get you far and your friends will probably avoid you. No. you need to find out what people are looking for in their lives and then show them how your business can help them get what they want. If they say they are not interested then leave it at that, they know what you do and can come back to you later if they change their minds. What if all the people I know say no? Meet more people and make more friends. Find people on social networks, in clubs, even people you meet in a shop. Start a conversation, even if you just comment about the weather, anything. Find out about the people you meet and talk with them as often as you can. Become real friends with them and be genuinely interested in their life, their family, their interests etc. Find out what they are looking for in their life and tell them what you do. Don’t rush this part. Building relationships takes time and it might be several months before the person feels that they know, like and trust you as a friend. I have met some new people and one is interested in joining my business, what now? Get them to sign up. If they already know you as a friend they already like and trust you. They know what you do and how you can help them, so the chances are good that they will sign up quickly. Don’t forget the other people you have met, stay friends with them. Even if you can’t help them right now there is a chance that you can in the future. Also, it is unfair to make friends with people then just ignore them because they don’t join your business. Someone has joined my business what do I do now? Before talking to anyone about your business you should have already learned everything you can about the business, how it works, what products it sells and how people get paid etc. If you haven’t done this already you should do it right away. Talk to your own sponsor. If your sponsor can’t help go upline and find someone who can. You need to know your business inside out. It is your responsibility to teach the people you sponsor and you can’t teach anyone if you don’t know what you are talking about. Be prepared to answer questions and help with one to one meetings on Skype. Be prepared to guide people step by step if required. Always be available to support and help your people and never stop learning about your business as it evolves. That’s it in a nutshell. I hope you have found this information useful.
