What is MLM? Great question. This question has confused many people over the years, when in fact it is really quite a simple prospect to understand. When we try to address this question, we must also talk about Network marketing. So let's get started.
Network marketing is actually a Business Model used by many Companies Worldwide. The Business model actually allows these Businesses to save money by not spending any money on advertising. Instead, they take that large advertising budget and pay regular people like you & I to promote their products/services.
By utilizing this approach, the Companies save a lot of money on advertising and it further allows people to start Home Based Businesses and earn large incomes from home. The way this is done is twofold, a) they would recommend, not sell, products and services to other people and be paid a commission when those people purchase the products/services, & b) when those people decide to join the Business, you are paid a percentage of their sales as well. WIN/WIN.
However, there is an awful lot of work to be done with regards to the Marketing of these Businesses, as most of this work is done online.
You must know how to effectively market these businesses online by way of Blogs, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing to name but a few. This is where many many people who join these Businesses run into problems, end up failing & leaving. At this time, there is currently a 97% failure rate.
