"I couldn't wait to try out my services once I got my membership. I had an issue that was five years old that had been very hard to resolve on my own. I had bought a phone through the mail and it stopped working two months later. The company said "no problem, mail it back" due to unforeseen circumstances (surgery and moving) it wasn't actually mailed until months later. The company refused it and $146 went on my credit report as bad debt.
I had called and written numerous times over a five year period to the company and their attorneys. I called LegalShield, explained the situation, and they did not promise that it could be resolved considering the age of the issue. But, they wrote a letter for me, a very nice, professional two page letter to the company's attorneys. Thankfully, it was taken off my credit report and the issue resolved.
I now feel so safe and secure knowing that I have [my provider law firm] watching out for me and my family if the need arises to call them for any issue."
