Wanted to share a quick tip to help with weight management.

??Before starting any training routine, PLEASE consult your physician first!!??

AVOID STRESS

When it comes to weight management, stress is one of your worst enemies. Every time you're stressed out, your body produces cortisol, the stress hormone. High cortisol levels have been linked with an increased risk of obesity, diabetes, stroke, heart disease, depression, and early death. Cortisol causes your body to store fat around the waist and internal organs. Cortisol is the fat that causes most concern and dangerous type of fat. Avoid stress as much as possible. This way, you'll stay fit and expand life expectancy. Make it a point to create a habit of exercising. The more you do it, the easier it becomes.

Exercise is a great way to relieve stress (yes, I know some of us don't like to exercise-- lol ??). Try the 7-minute classic workout to gain a boost during your day. Meditation and deep breathing can help too.
