2012 American Business Award Finalist
As reported in our company newsletter, Stream Energy has been named a finalist for an American Business Award in the category of Communications / PR Campaign of the Year with an emphasis on community relations.
Stream Energy is being honored for its charitable endeavors in support of Captain Hope’s Kids, a non-profit dedicated to providing relief to the homeless children of north Texas. This follows the recent news that Stream Energy won the 2012 Communicator Award of Distinction for its community relations program.
For the third year in a row, Stream Energy has been recognized by the American Business Awards, with chairman Rob Snyder twice being designated a finalist in the Chairman of the Year category.
The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
Finalists were chosen by more than 140 business professionals nationwide during preliminary judging in April and May. More than 150 members of 10 specialized judging committees will determine Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging, to take place May 14 – 25. Award winners will be announced in New York on June 18, 2012.
It's no wonder that Stream Energy is taking the marketplace by storm. The partnership of Ignite and Stream Energy is changing the world one energy meter at a time.
