These MLM Compensation plans have unlimited width and depth BUT, there is a catch.
Once a member of your team reaches a preset volume of sales, that person breaks away from you. That’s right, they are no longer in your downline. You just lost a huge chunk of your business.
You can bet there isn’t much coaching and training going on in companies with these types MLM Compensation Plans. There is no benefit to a distributor to do coaching. If their team grows too large, then they will lose them. How heart breaking would it be to put your time and money into building an organization just to have it break away from you and you lose everything you had built?
I have also heard stories of people who had actually been hired by the company to travel and do trainings until other distributors complained because their people were growing and their own checks were shrinking as a result. The company then pulled the plug on this training program. This concept baffles me.
I am not sure what made soemone think this comp plan was a good idea, but I would never get involved with one.
