Network Marketing And A "Job" Is The Same!

Published on 6/10/2018

Being in the network marketing industry for 6 years, and working a job prior to that made me realize one thing. This is NO difference between network marketing, and a job. Let me explain.

A "job" you go to work, get paid, then leave. At a job you have supervisors, and you have the person who owns the company where you work at. Most jobs give you paid vacation, sick days, and benefits such as: healthcare, dental, and education. At a job, if you don't go to work, you don't get paid.

In network marketing, you have an upline (which are really like the supervisors) and you have the person who owns the company. In network marketing, you cannot really take vacations whenever you want unless you are making pretty decent comfortable money with the company to take a vacation. Most people don't make more than $800 a year in network marketing, so many people do not get to experience that lifestyle. Depending on what network marketing company you are in you get benefits, for example: Bring in "X" amount of people you get a free autoship. You may get savings on hotel, car rentals, etc. In network marketing, if you don't recruit/sale, you don't get paid. Residual Income on the other hand gives you that leverage, but 95% of people in network marketing does not have a residual income of over $600 a month.

Network Marketing is manuel labor if you do not know what you are doing. In network marketing no sales = no money. And I know people who spend 12-15 hours a day online and offline trying to recruit, and have no success.

On top of that network marketing has too many rules. If you bind the rules, you will get suspended or even terminated. Just like getting "fired" from a job.

Network marketing is not the freedom that most people think. You have to stay within company policies, and one little error, could cause you your whole business. Especially in 2018 when there's really not that many good network marketing companies left.

I use to be the one bashing a 9 to 5 and bashing a "job." And DO NOT get me wrong I am not bashing network marketing either, all I am saying is that it is really the same, and not much of a difference, and network marketing actually takes more effort. It is literally the exact same thing, and I believe no one should bash a 9 to 5, but on the otherhand no one should be close minded or rely on one source of income. I suggest starting YOUR OWN company or investing in real estate. Network marketing has gotten worse over the years, and it's no different than a 9 to 5.
