If you're an athlete you've no doubt learned muscle memory It is the act of repeating particular movement or actions without conscious thought.

Successful people master muscle memory in their daily lives

Three simple steps you can take to increase and build muscle memory in your life are:

1) Be Grateful - Before your feet hit the floor and the coffee hits your lips, SPEAK out loud just 1 thing you're grateful for. It sets the tone for your day and your mindset.

2) Show Up - You must BE PRESENT in your life to create results. You cannot look outside yourself expecting to find the magic formula to your success.

3) Commit To Personal Developoment - In order to lead you must continue to grow. You don't know, what you don't know. Commit to 30 minutes a day by reading a book, watching a video, collaborating with a mentor.

Everyone benefits from putting in place what works for them. The KEY is...Find what works for you then follow through! You cannot reach the top of the mountain by accident. It takes consistant and intentional action to get up the hill. 

In the words of John Maxwell, "anything worth having is always uphill" Feeing yourself the right musle memory makes getting up the hill easier and more enjoyable. Take the time, do the work and watch the results manifest in your life! 

Success loves speed. The sooner you take action the sooner you'll see results
